1. PROMOTION DESCRIPTION: The Sonder Giveaway (\”Giveaway\”) begins August 25th, 2021 at 12:00 pm PST and ends on August 29th at 11:59 p.m. PST (the \”Promotion Period\”).
The sponsor of this Giveaway is Sonder (“Sponsor”). By participating in the Giveaway, each Entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all respects. Sponsor is responsible for the collection, submission or processing of Entries and the overall administration of the Giveaway. Entrants should look solely to Sponsor with any questions, comments or problems related to the Giveaway. Sponsor may be reached by email at [email protected] during the Promotion Period.
2. ELIGIBILITY: Open to US residents who are of legal age of majority in their country (the \”Entrant\”). Sponsor, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, retailers, sales representatives, advertising and promotion agencies and each of their respective officers, directors and employees (the \”Promotion Entities\”), are ineligible to enter the Giveaway or win a prize. Household Members and Immediate Family Members of such individuals are also not eligible to enter or win. “Household Members” shall mean those people who share the same residence at least three months a year. “Immediate Family Members” shall mean parents, step-parents, legal guardians, children, step-children, siblings, step-siblings, or spouses. This Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
3. PRIZES:
Grand Prize: One (1) winner will receive a free 3-night stay in an available Sonder of their choice with up to 2 bedrooms, subject to black-out dates.
No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted. The prize is non-transferable and must be redeemed within 12 months of selection.
Any and all prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of Winner. No substitution of prize or transfer/assignment of prize to others or request for the cash equivalent by Winner is permitted. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use Winner’s name, social handles, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
Failure to comply with the Official Rules will result in forfeiture of the prize.
4. HOW TO ENTER: Enter the Giveaway during the Promotion Period via http://instagram.com/sonderstays by following @sonderstays, commenting which city you’d like to visit, tagging users in the comment section and using the hashtag #sondergiveaway.
For alternate entry send an email to [email protected] with the subject header “Enter me in the Long Weekend Giveaway” and link to your instagram account in the description.
5. WINNER SELECTION: The Winner of the Giveaway will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible Entries received throughout the Promotion Period. The random drawing will be conducted after the Promotion Period by Sponsor or its designated representatives, whose decisions are final. Odds of winning will vary depending on the number of eligible Entries received.
6. WINNER NOTIFICATION: Winner will be notified via Instagram Direct message after the random drawing. Potential Winner must accept a prize by email as directed by Sponsor within 30 days of notification. Sponsor is not responsible for any delay or failure to receive notification for any reason, including inactive account(s), technical difficulties associated therewith, or Winner’s failure to adequately monitor any account.
Any winner notification not responded to or returned as undeliverable may result in prize forfeiture.
7. PRIVACY: Any personal information supplied by you will be subject to the privacy policy of the Sponsor posted at https://www.sonder.com/privacy-policy. By entering the Giveaway, you grant Sponsor permission to share your email address and any other personally identifiable information with the other Giveaway Entities for the purpose of administration and prize fulfillment, including use in a publicly available Winners list.

9. WINNER LIST/OFFICIAL RULES: To obtain a copy of the Winner List or a copy of these Official Rules, send your request along with a stamped, self-addressed envelope to Sonder cc: Sonder Giveaway at 101 15th St., San Francisco, California, 94103. Requests for the names of the winner must be received no later than 30 days after the Promotion Period has ended.
