Our app is core to your Sonder experience. From finding the right space to requesting early check-in to 24/7 service whenever you need it, we put the lobby in your phone to make everything easy. Making your stay as seamless as possible is important to us, so we’ve redesigned our app to make it easier than ever to navigate. With all the info you need all on one screen, you can find the address, building and unit access codes, and neighborhood recommendations in one central location.
This is just the beginning of better things to come. Soon, we have plans to release a new in-app messenger, better early check-in and late check-out functionality, and an improved ID verification process. Later on, we plan to bring you mobile keys and self-service item requests, among other new features.
