Now more than ever, the health and safety of our guests, employees and partners remains our top priority. We’ve taken a number of measures to ensure the wellbeing of our community over the last few weeks – including establishing procedures to alert management teams and guests of important health and safety developments, increasing sanitization processes, and offering a discount for extended stays for those in need of temporary housing.
As a next step, following a significant increase in guest requests for delivery options, we’re expanding our existing pilot with Postmates nationwide. Guests staying with Sonder can now place an order with the largest on-demand network in the industry for groceries, food from local restaurants, prescriptions and more – to be delivered directly to their doorstep using Postmates’ non-contact delivery feature. We will be waiving the first $100 in delivery fees for new Postmates users.*
